Day 1: Health psychology Assessment skills (using models & theories)
Day 2: Health Psychology Formulation skills (therapeutic process)
Day 3: Health Psychology Intervention skills (designing & delivering)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can provide effective therapy for people adapting to long term illnesses, symptoms and disability. This training provides a basic outline of the growing evidence base for managing physical health with ACT.

This training demonstrates how to research, design and lead a Health Psychology service within the Private Sector and is suitable for Health Psychologists interested in becoming self-employed. Focuses on both delivering services within public healthcare and working with commercial healthcare.
This training provides discusses the full consultancy process including key issues for writing effective consultancy contracts, good practice throughout the consultancy process and models of consultancy.
